PRIVACY NOTICE
Your privacy.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Rowes Electrical respects your privacy. This notice explains how we use personal information when you contact us through this website, by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
Who is responsible for your information?
Rowes Electrical is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at roweselectrical@gmail.com or on 07939 008558.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, job postcode or address, and details of the work you would like us to carry out.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange work, provide customer service and meet our record-keeping obligations. Our usual legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries and running the business; if you appoint us, we may also need the information to take steps towards or perform a contract with you.
How the website works
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The quote form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message only when you choose to submit it; once sent, WhatsApp processes that message under its own privacy terms. You can instead call or email us directly.
Sharing and keeping information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to run the business, provide a service you have requested, meet legal obligations, or with service providers that process information for us. We keep enquiry and customer information only for as long as it is needed for these purposes and review it regularly.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the way we use information changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
